We aim to send all orders within 3 working days. Standard delivery usually takes 5-7 working days. UK delivery costs £3.95, but it's FREE for orders over £30.
Once your order has been sent, you will get a confirmation email with tracking details if available. Please make sure your delivery address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect details.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
To start a return, please contact us at drybutt.uk@gmail.com, with your order number. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
